Lakefront Townhomes is a  3 level townhouse. The first level has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace and a large deck with direct beach access. There is a master bedroom with full bathroom on this level. There may also be an additional bedroom and bathroom. The second level has either 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1 or 2 full bathrooms. The third level is up a circular stairwell to a 90% enclosed loft with sleeping accommodations for 2 people, usually 2 double beds. All of these townhomes are directly on the beach.

Year round amenities include complimentary fitness center,  2 Hot tubs and a sauna, heated pool,  complimentary parking, both above ground and underground,  24-hour front desk and concierge,  free WIFI in lobby on lobby computer,  for a nominal daily fee WIFI is available at points throughout the property.

In the winter amenities include complimentary private Lakeland shuttles to Heavenly Resort and anywhere in town (8am-11pm Sunday-Thursday and 8am-Midnight Friday & Saturday),  Complimentary Deluxe Continental Breakfast, including a variety of yogurts, pastries, bagels, waffles, juices, cereals and more (mid-Nov, 2010 - mid-April, 2011), Lakeland ski and board shop on site and complimentary use of snowshoes (weather permitting).
