Alpine Meadows (North Lake)
Take a quick breather between runs to kick back with a hot drink and barbecued bratwurst at Alpine Meadows’ Ice Bar. Find the perfect pick-me-up at the base of Sherwood chair, open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Located right in the breezeway at Alpine Meadows, Treats Café can provide savory sweets and gourmet deli items as you make your way to or from the mountain. Pick up a sandwich, coffee or any number of tongue-tickling desserts all made from scratch. Open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekends.
Northstar at Tahoe (North Lake)
Baxter’s Bistro & Lounge has refined the après-ski dining experience by creating dishes that are fresh, seasonal and modern. Choose from a wide selection of wines and contemporary American cuisine as you soak in the live lounge jazz and sleek décor.
This chic sushi bar and restaurant rivals the fabulous Tahoe scenery with equally fabulous cuisine. The rich décor blends contemporary Asian styles with the look of a traditional European mountain lodge. Mikuni Sushi is ideal for a high-energy experience or just a cozy night on the town.
TC’s Pub provides cocktails, après-ski appetizers, and an assortment of delicious pub fare in a casual environment. Stop in for a bite and watch the game on the number of plasma screens; TC’s is ideal for groups and families.
At the Chocolate Bar you’ll experience the social side of dining with a vibrant atmosphere complimented by a unique menu, spectacular desserts and tempting libations. The variety of culinary creations will satisfy connoisseurs and chocolate aficionados alike.
Squaw Valley (North Lake)
Situated in the Far East Center of Squaw Valley, Cornice Cantina crafts well-known Mexican favorites as well as original dishes. Lounge on the large sundeck to take in views of sweeping Squaw Valley as you enjoy a terrific drink and nachos. On weekends after 9:30, Cornice Cantina is transformed into a vibrant dance club.
Le Chamois has established itself as the traditional gathering spot in which local skiers and snowboarders unwind and grab a drink after a day on Squaw’s powdery slopes. Come in for a beer with friends or just stop by for a few laughs with a group of entertaining Squaw Valley locals.
The Auld Dubliners offers authentic drafts, Irish cuisine and a number of local favorites. With an interior crafted to replicate a traditional cottage pub, the surroundings create an ideal setting to recline and enjoy good company, good friends, and live music each weekend.
This wine shop and bar hosts events, wine tastings, live music, and “Meet the Winemaker” sessions each weekend. Uncork a bottle and savor a delectable cheese plate or take a bottle to go. Uncorked is located at The Village in Squaw Valley on First Street.
Heavenly Resort & South Lake
This expansive 15,000 square-foot lodge is a brand new addition to Heavenly Resort. The food court has a wide selection of dining opportunities, from artisan pizza and grilled dishes, chili and sandwiches, to a full service bar. Satisfy the whole group after a day on the slopes at the Tamarack Lodge.

Other South Lake Tahoe Area Dining
The Naked Fish is located in South Lake Tahoe, California right on Hwy 50 near the state line just two blocks from the casinos. It was first opened in 1999. It is the original Naked Fish Sushi Restaurant. It has many imitators but is not affiliated with any other Naked Fish.
With only seven tables at Café Fiore you know it doesn't get more intimate. Candles glimmer at each of the window side tables arranged in the cozy wood paneled dining room. In the summer, tables are set up outside. Wherever you sit, be adventurous; among other unusual selections the Italian menu features items such as eggplant crepes served with sun-dried tomatoes and a sherry wine sauce. Amazing desserts include homemade white chocolate ice cream.
Locally owned and operated, Off the Hook Sushi is one of South Lake Tahoe’s favorite sushi spots, and was rated "Best of Tahoe 2008."
Tahoe House features fresh baked breads, pastries, coffee drinks, cookies, European style tortes, a variety of bottled sauces and dressings, deli lunches and fully prepared meals to go with gourmet cheeses, meats and much more.
